chorizo and eggs

Early Dinner:
pork chops with some bbq sauce
3 beers

Late Dinner:
Popeyes chicken strips, bbq sauce
buffalo nuggets
cole slaw
diet pop

none

BLOOD SUGAR: 104

EVENTS: Hung out with buddies, had a good time. Sorta early night.

SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day: hmmmm.... not sure.
