bacon and eggs

fish
carrots, cauliflower mix

Early Dinner:
Grassfed steak-delicious!
salad with white dressing
some berries

Late Dinner:
some pepperoni
some sausage sticks (summer sausage)

BLOOD SUGAR: 91

KETONES: trace

EVENTS: not too productive. watched a movie at night.

MOOD: decent

SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day: up late
