EVENTS/MOOD/ALERTNESS: Feeling okay. Felt a little low a few days ago and realized I had skipped a day or two of vitamins. Vitamins for me including L-Dopa and 5-htp, which increase dopamine and serotonin in the brain. I should watch more closely to see how they affect me. I know that with the L-Dopa there could be some long term effects, but I'm not in it for the long term, just experimenting really. I should research to see if anyone else is using L-Dopa for ADD.
I've also been trying to get out in the sun once in a while for more vitamin D.
