omega3 bacon and eggs
Lunch: buffalo meat patty
Dinner: Popeyes chicken strips, bbq sauce, diet coke
double bacon cheeseburger- no bread (feeling hungry- seems like I ate more this night- was it the bbq sauce?)
lamb patty
EXERCISE: walk about an hour, walk more later in night
WEIGHT: 285
BLOOD SUGAR: running out of test strips
KETONES:
EVENTS/MOOD/ALERTNESS: woke up super early today. Went to bed super early yesterday after eating rice. Hopefully I can get myself on a schedule of not staying up so late. I got up and walked this morning. I should get on a routine- get up, walk, eat, shower, chores, go out and do something fun, etc.
