Not too hung over at least. I also haven't been staying up until 4am all the time lately. It's more like 2am, which isn't bad. Also not super oversleeping. Try to get up and going and out in the morning more, get out in the sun also. I did a little sunning yesterday. I like it. Went to festival with friends.
