Hung over from night before- missed work. Stupid. Slept all day. Alcohol is turning out to be a real obstacle. I may need to deep six it. ADHD is basically the alcoholism gene. If I researched it like I research dopamine and diabetes and ADD, I'm sure I'd find it is hurting my efforts to improve my brain and my body. I just say something today about alcohol damaging the executive function of the brain, something that's impaired in people with ADD (planning, future orientation, delayed gratification).
