EXERCISE: walk 1 hour/ Bike 30 minutes (?)3 miles
WEIGHT: 280 (going down again)
BLOOD SUGAR: still out of test strips
KETONES:
EVENTS/MOOD/ALERTNESS: In an okay mood. Getting some stuff done today. Think I finally settled the budget issue, so that makes me feel good. Also getting my work more organized.
