low carb ketchup( which has sorbitol. Just started reading about how it's not good for diabetics. damn! Maybe the organic is better, but it has more carbs. Or maybe no condiment at all! Salt, butter?)

EVENTS/MOOD/ALERTNESS: went home after work and crashed! woke up really late, ate some food, stayed up a few hours and slept again. I've been really busy at work this week.
