FOOD:
Breakfast:
2 sausage patties
eggs
from mcdonalds
Lunch:
gyros meat and onion and sauce
dbl burger with bacon and cheese (no bun)
this is alot of food to me- feeling full. Normally thise meal, with the bread, and fries, and a real pop, would not have filled me up. I don't feel hungry these days, or I should say cravings. I don't eat past being full either. I used to fill my stomach to bursting with spaghetti until it hurt, and I still wanted more.
Dinner:
Some more veges, salmon, blueberries
EXERCISE:

BLOOD SUGAR: 105

Sad about cat. Feeling a little more energetic last week or more.
