EVENTS/MOOD/ALERTNESS: Hmmm.. Felt good today, then felt crabby and sad, then feel, I dunno, flat. Want to eat sweets, or get high, or do something. Feel kinda bored. Missing something, but not sure what. Reaction to trace sugars in my diet still, from A1, and ketchup and stuff? Need more veges? Missing grassfed beef?
