EXERCISE: none. too tired/lazy for weights. Thinking Monday is a better day for this, more reliable? Prob not- Sunday more likely to be open, just need an earlier start.
WEIGHT: 298
BLOOD SUGAR: 102
Days 1-6, over 100, Then 2 days under 100. Then one day over, one day under, three days over. Then one day under, and a week without testing. Then out of the next 10 days, only one day over. My chocolate, bbq and french fries day put me over 100. Very interesting. The blood sugar is a better health test for me then weight is, I think.
KETONES: none
EVENTS: visited friends, got sidetracked from working out or doing chores, but glad to reconnect with people.
MOOD: decent
SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day: not too bad.
