a few raw veges (good idea to buy precut veggie tray at supermarket and keep it ready for snacking)

KETONES: slight
EVENTS: took cats to vet, out 300 bucks. One cat has fever. computer died, 800 for new one. Getting back into online dating a little. Still not getting much done at work.
MOOD: all right
SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day: a little sleepy and yawny at work, as I was yesterday. I stay up too late.
