BLOOD SUGAR: 97
EVENTS: not getting much done at work these days. Had a late night boost of energy last night and got laundry done. Omega 3 boost? Sure seems like it gives me one. Not much of a headache today, but a very minor one I guess. Good BM today, guess from the veges yesterday. Find myself thirstier lately. Warmer weather, and/or lack of caffeine?
MOOD: all right
SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day: still up late, sleeping late. Haven't made any kind of dent in this, even without pot, or caffeine, or grain or whatever. Light/sun during day makes no difference either.
