4 pieces breaded popeye's chicken
cole slaw

BLOOD SUGAR:
out of test strips

EVENTS:
Felt motivated at work- got alot done.

MOOD: all right. Feel like I get more "fuzzy" and sleepy from carbs. Will watch for this effect more closely.

SLEEP/ALERTNESS Prior Day:
took a nap after work yesterday. Found it harder getting up today. Tie in with sesame chicken?
